Fredrik Johnsen from Elverum is passionate about coffee. A good cup of coffee requires good and fresh produce and is like a fine wine to be reckoned in his opinion. At home in the kitchen he parches, templates and brews his own coffee. Although it may take some time to serve a cup of coffee, it is really worth waiting for.
